Parts Customer Service Advisor
Interaction Recruitment are looking for a temporary parts customer advisor to support our client in Reading for 1 month.
Location: Reading, RG2
Salary: £12 per hour
Contract: 4 week contract
Monday to Friday 8.00am / 6pm
Hours: 40 per week
Job Introduction
As a parts service advisor you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. As a service advisor you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone. In return you'd be working with a company that genuinely cares about its colleagues and maintains some of the most pristine and prestigious showrooms and workshops in the country.
Main Responsibilities
- A parts service advisor will need to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are promptly dealt with.
- Check stock levels and deliveries.
- Maximise sales and maintain customer retention.
- Passion for the product and delivering incredible customer service.
- Ordering parts from suppliers to the dealership.
- Reporting lost or damaged stock.
- Deliving vehicle parts to customers.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering customer excellence.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Core skills in computing are essential, including web systems, email and use of excel.
- Work well within a team.
