Job Summary & Responsibilities:  

The Digital Order Entry Assistant’s (full-time) essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:   

  • Within the sales management system, enter digital media plans / Insertion Orders and send to Sales Representative/client for approval/signature.    
  • Data entry tasks requires excel formatting and a combination of upload and manual entry    
  • Manage reporting via the sales management system   
  • Maintain positive, supportive relationships with internal teams, general managers, clients/agencies, etc.   

Supervisory Responsibility:  

  • This position will not include supervising one or more employees where applicable.   

Education/Experience:  

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required   
  • Three years administrative experience/supporting teams required   
  • Experience in marketing, public relations and/or advertising fields preferred   

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:  

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).    
  • Experience managing data entry and reporting within database systems is preferred   
  • Knowledge and use of interactive media planning and IO tools   
  • Heavy ability for attention to detail   
  • Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:  

  • The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen.   

Equipment/Software Used:  

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)   

Work Environment:  

  • Work is performed in an office environment that is well lit and ventilated.    
  • Work is performed in a home environment.
