Experienced hands on technician required for busy motorsport team operating in club racing and international endurance events. The applicant must be prepared to lead by example, have exceptional attention to detail and be focused on leading a team that prepares track and race cars to finish and win. Lotus and Porsche experience ideal.
The successful candidate will have experience managing and leading in a motorsport or automotive environment preparing track and race cars. The role will involve delivery and support of track and race cars at circuits throughout the UK as well as race support and team management for Creventic 24 Hour Events in Dubai, Europe and the USA.
Experience, attitude and commitment are more important than qualifications. This is a hands on role and you will be expected to be productive in a workshop environment and take responsibility for the quality of work for the team.
Weekend work, track day support, the ability to travel overseas and a flexible approach to work are essential.
Trailer licence is essential, HGV licence an advantage.
Potential for the right individual to become a shareholder and director in the medium term. Potential to develop a flexible package including company vehicle, pension scheme or support self employed contractor.
