Jota development have an opportunity for a junior in our composites department learning the necessary skills in the repair and manufacture of race car composites. The position is based at our facility in Tunbridge Wells, however you would also travel with the race team to events.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
- Repairs to carbon fibre bodywork on event and at the factory.
- Making moulds of existing bodywork to help with repairs.
- Working with the engineering team on test items to be designed and laid up.
- You would have a role during pit stops on event.

Some experience in fibreglass or carbon fibre composites would be an advantage but not essential. The training would all be carried out by Jota staff, because of our busy race season it would not be possible to combine this with a college based course.
