We are growing rapidly via our NASCAR, Le Mans, BTCC and other motorsport licenses and need outstanding, passionate talent like you to get usto where we want to go. So, we want to hear about your story, and what you can add to Motorsport Games.We are looking for an accomplished Lead artist, to drive and motivate a team of talented Lead, Principal and entry level 3D Artists, in delivering the most awe-inspiring visuals found in racing games.

You will have exceptional creative and technical abilities, while also understanding the nuances of production and deadlines. At motorsport games you get the opportunity to leave your thumbprint on a range of new projects, overseeing asset benchmarks, creating new workflows, and documenting the process from concept to completion.

You will work closely with the Director or Art / Design, Art production and OS manager to ensure that the product vision is delivered. The ideal candidate will be someone driven to succeed. Responsibilities

  • The Lead Artist is responsible for setting the visual benchmark of our titles and in accordance with the motorsport games visual and game pillars.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical art to establish and drive the technical and aesthetic guidelines for art in the game.
  • Participate in the scheduling of this part of the project and maintain planning foresight
  • Maintains effective informational flow to the team to ensure the team members are aligned with the project objectives•Provide regular review and feedback on teams work in a clear and constructive manner
  • Encourage creativity and participation from all team members
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to establish deliver cadence for high quality marketing assets

Requirements

  • At least 2 AAA title shipped or 6 years’ experience in a Senior Art position
  • Experience in team leadership and managementof internal and externalpipelines
  • Exceptional knowledge of 3D software, such as Maya or 3dsmax and Zbrush
  • Excellent knowledge in substance suite programs, such as designer, painter and source
  • Have a strong background and understanding in console interface design, flow and usability.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in using the Unreal engine
  • Strong art foundations, with excellent knowledge of lighting, colour,and form
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to inspire others
