Responsibilities
- Kit automotive parts per BOM
- 100% commitment to work quality
- Update program tracking documents and database
- Maintain safe workplace
- Maintain worksite organization
- Work as part of a multi-unit team
- Follow all Policies & Procedures, Best Practices, Processes, Daily Instructions
Candidate Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitting and/or quality inspection
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- High level of organization and accuracy with special attention to details
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be a team player with interest to cross train for other roles
- Must accurately follow written and verbal instruction
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule
- Computer skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
- High school education
- Must be willing and able to pass random drug screens
