Overall purpose
To work with the Key Accounts and Design Manager to ensure all design work is completed in an accurate and timely manner
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Working in conjunction with the Design Manager and Sales team, turning their design briefs and requests into designs proposals.
- Liaising with clients regarding designs they have provided
- Producing and maintaining client files
- Reworking logos and designs on behalf of clients
- Advising clients on branding
- Setup of print ready artwork
- Liaising with production to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist production on work on an ad hoc basis
- Liaising with the installation team when needed
- Producing Works Orders to pass to production
- Completing adhoc administrative duties as and when requested
