As a IT graduate working in a fast-paced environment, you will be a part of our dedicated Administration Team who work closely together to support all aspects of our business.
As a IT graduate, you will get hands on experience across a wide range of IT procedures, which include:

Providing support to end users over a range of hardware and software.

Installing, maintaining, upgrading, diagnosing, and repairing user’s hardware, networks, and auxiliary equipment.

Carrying out software upgrades and new applications as required.

Ensuring all company information is cyber secure.

Providing IT support across all departments.

Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.

Project work.
The ideal candidate should have:

A degree in this relevant discipline.

A good technical knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware and LANs/WANs.

A good experience with Microsoft Office and Windows.

Excellent time management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A good analytical approach and problem solving abilities.

The ability to adapt to change in a highly competitive and fast paced environment.
The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. The role would suit a confident, outgoing and self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
