Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our high performing Human Resources team. Our team operate across Formula One and Commercial projects, providing an amazing opportunity to work with a highly knowledgeable and eclectic stakeholder base.
As a Human Resources Business Partner with us, you will provide generalist operational support to various departments within the group, working proactively with stakeholders to identify HR requirements and deliver timely, pragmatic solutions. This role will be focused on enabling business strategy by delivering great people approaches coupled with operational activities.
The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be joining the team during an exciting period of change as we grow and focus the department to ensure we are meeting the evolving and complex needs of the organisation. Being guided and led from the top of the team in this evolution, you will have a chance to help shape the delivery of key people related performance targets as we strive set the benchmark in Formula One.
To be successful in the Human Resources Business Partner role, we require:
- Experience in a similar fast paced generalist role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of current UK employment legislation
- An ability to think outside the box and make commercially led decisions
- Strong project management skills
- Experience of working in a demanding and evolving organisation.
