Company: Established in 1997 Radical Sportscars are one of the largest producers of racing and track cars in the world selling over 2,000 cars globally in the past two decades.

The Radical philosophy extends much wider than just the cars. Radical also run a thrilling championship portfolio at some of the best circuits throughout the world, providing competitive racing for everyone.

Reporting to: CEO 

Purpose of the Role:

To lead and direct all motorsports activities conducted by Radical Sportscars across the world, with emphasis on delivering a high level of professionalism at all times, effectively utilising internal and external resources to provide customers with an exceptional experience that they both enjoy and value.

 The role holder will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing the racing structure within the Radical race series and track day events
  • Manage the Radical works race team
  • Support racing customers/teams
  • Manage and engage contractors where required
  • Provide support for testing and developing Radical cars

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • In-depth experience of both racing and the commercial aspects of racing
  • Previous experience of working in a motorsport environment
  • High level of driving competency preferably with a demonstrable track record at national or international level
  • Preferable experience of developing and motivating a team
  • Seasoned professional that can address issues in a constructive, firm and fair manner
  • Capable of negotiating with team owners and commercial bodies within set guidelines
  • Marketing knowledge preferable
  • Second European language desirable

Working hours:

Ideally full-time, part-time may be considered
