Employment Status: Full-Time Seasonal (April–October) with advancement opportunities
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Objective: Proactively maintain and repair the facility’s buildings and acreage to ensure a positive experience for all our customers .
Job Requirements:
1. Available to work Monday through Sunday between the hours of 6 AM – 6 PM
2. Capable of working outside extensive periods of time in all climate conditions (heat, rain, wind, sun).
3. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
4. All applicants are subject to a background check.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate motorized equipment in a responsible manner (lawn mowers, weed eaters, UTV’s etc.) based on experience and ability.
2. Manage trash removal from the grounds and receptacles around the facility.
3. Weed eating, lawn mowing and tree trimming.
4. Maintenance and replacement of tire barriers, guardrails, and fencing around the track, as well as track repair.
5. Painting, cleaning, vacuuming, washing windows, countertops, walls, vehicles, etc.
6. Other duties as assigned.
