SUMMARY: Assist with general maintenance, critical maintenance, and race preparation management for equipment set up. Focus on improving energy efficiencies throughout the property. Assist the Director of Facilities year round with any/all facility and grounds maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with Diagnostics and repairs of MIS facilities
Schedule fence, asphalt, and other exterior maintenance and upkeep
Understand plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC systems
Supervise seasonal staff during major events
Operate heavy equipment
