Race Winning Brands is a leader in developing high performance racing engine components with record setting brands including Wiseco Pistons, K1 Crankshafts & JE Pistons. We’re looking for an ERP Support Analyst to join our Applications team. The Applications team is a multi-discipline group specifically tasked with using technology and creative skills to solve challenging business problems and provide support across all brands in the organization.
As an ERP Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our ERP system and its users. This role works closely with our user base to solve daily support cases and requires the ability to obtain an in-depth understanding of our ERP system. Solid SQL skills (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS) are also highly desired for this role for performing bulk updates and digging deeper into complex cases as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for ERP system for multiple brands
- Develop/enhance SQL reports required out of the system
- Develop and run bulk SQL upload scripts, update stored procedures and views as required
- Utilize business data to provide all departments with actionable insights
- Train employees on best practices and uses of systems
- Identify feature/function enhancements and evaluate against current and future version upgrades
- Identify process improvement opportunities and to effectively facilitate requirements discussions
- Work with other IT or business staff to complete projects as needed
- Assist with upgrades and application of support packages
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven ability to be customer focused
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited university
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of ERP support and/or implementation, preferably in manufacturing environments
- 5+ years of experience supporting production SQL databases (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations
