Support the mechanical design groups by creating solid models, assemblies, and technical drawings. Some stress analysis may be required. Challenges will include producing accurate work to short deadlines and communicating with several different departments. This is an in-person internship. The intern will be exposed to the various steps involved in the engineering process including:
- Design & Analysis
- Manufacturing
- Machine Shop
- Rapid Prototyping
- Carbon Shop
- Fabrication & Welding
- Assembly
- Physical testing
