We are looking for a E-Motor Mechanical Designer for Powertrain Business Line.
The candidate will perform the design of the assigned products in coordination with the Product Engineer ensuring the respect of the Delivery, Quality and Costs targets and will be assigned the following responsibilities:

Ensure the use of robust design methodologies and FEA calculations during the development and in advance to the design freezing for each project phase

Ensure the drawings (3D models and 2D drawings) availability respecting the agreed timing

Ensure reuse of standard design and process solutions as per MM Design Book, best practices and Lesson Learnt

Support the FMEA activity

Support customer requirements analysis

Support the benchmark activities to identify product improvements

Support the application of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical Engineer
-
Fluent English
-
Knowledge of electric motor, 3D CAD design
-
Willingness to travel, capability to work in a distributed team, proactive approach, flexible, problem solving attitude
