Do you want to work at the most exciting racing venue in the region? New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville NJ is looking for a part-time dishwasher for our Food & Beverage Department.
Primary Job Duties
- Cleaning china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. using machine and manual cleaning methods
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Assist with catering setup, such as setting up tables and chairs
- Sweep or mop floors
- Remove kitchen trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
HS Diploma or GED, some HS coursework
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, reach, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Twisting and bending
Work Environment
- Indoor kitchen work environment, can be exposed to high temperatures
- Training will be provided
Requirements
- Be prompt, dependable and reliable
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Available to work a variety of hours and shifts, weekends and major events are a must.
