LAT Images is looking for a Digital Photo Technician to work on its picture desk, editing and distributing incoming photography of major international racing series including Formula 1 and Formula E in real time.
LAT has been shooting motor racing since the 1960s and boasts an unrivalled archive of amazing stills photography dating back to the 1800’s. Today as part of Motorsport Images, within Motorsport Network, LAT is connected to the world’s most renowned specialist racing media brands and has a range of commercial clients throughout the motorsport industry.
Our live photography service has changed the game, giving us the ability to deliver digital content to clients for social media and mainstream news within seconds of it being captured and this role is at the forefront of making that delivery happen.
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working candidates with both technical and visual aptitude. We need a highly efficient and organised team player who can demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on understanding our clients and delivering on their needs.
This role is currently based at our Feltham office, working primarily at weekends along with some days in the week. Standard tools in our Mac-based workflow are Photo Mechanic, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and FTP. Experience of those tools would be great, but are not essential, as would an interest in motor racing.
