Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Lubricants team at our Main UK Distribution Warehouse in Kingswinford.

Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to new and existing customers.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone or email. You will deal with all customer enquiries, from checking stock availability, dealing with customer technical product queries, liaising with our logistics/operational team by chasing up outstanding customer orders and making sure you keep the customer informed of any delays or changes in delivery requests. You will also work closely with the sales teams supporting them with administration duties such as price files, quotations, and customer onboarding of new customers.

You will work closely with our logistics and warehouse teams onsite, making sure we are providing the best service to our customers.

We re looking for:

Previous Customer Service experience in similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High degree of self-motivation
Good IT skills
Objection handling skills
Good telephone manner
Attentive to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work to tight deadlines
