Summary
ISM Raceway is seeking a person to coordinate credential access for events held at the modernized motorsports facility located in Avondale, AZ. Events in 2020 include the FanShield 500 Weekend, March 6-8, and the NASCAR Championship Weekend, November 6-8. This position is seasonal with office hours required January-March and September-November annually.
Essential Duties/Functions
- Process and arrange credentials for media, sponsors, employees and guests for ISM Raceway events.
- Coordinate printing and fulfillment of all credential materials for events including credentials, stickers and parking passes.
- Coordinate with various sanctioning bodies (including, but not limited to: ARCA and NASCAR) on credential and parking pass needs prior to events.
- Maintain lists of credentialed media for all events and distribute as necessary.
- Oversee, manage and direct the staff in the credential office, keeping a keen focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of Populous credential software.
- Train staff and stakeholders on Populous credential software.
- Manage credential inventory and provide ongoing reports to management on credential distribution and usage.
- Work closely with Guest Services and Security teams to develop and execute access policies.
Skills Required
- Above average computer/technical skills including knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheets, and data bases.
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritization and attention to detail

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Available to work non-traditional hours in conjunction with events
