We are looking for a Composite Manufacturing Engineer to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will have to support the Plant for Technical solution of new equipment need for the technology evolution and for Product Industrialization.
Your responsibilities will focus on:
- Following all the activities related to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and improvements of Technological Equipment in the Department, with all necessary implementations agreed with all Technicians, to satisfy all desired development manufacturing processes, needed to reach all target costs
- Supporting and collaborating to follow external suppliers in charge of our Infrastructure and safety department
- Defining technical specifications for purchase and development new equipment or an upgrade existing equipment/building. In addition to this, he/she will be monitoring external suppliers during all development phase of equipment.
- Collaborating in defining the most appropriate maintenance policies for the equipment and building by setting both predictive/preventive and emergency maintenance programmes. Moreover, he will be monitoring external suppliers during maintenance phase.
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- University degree in Engineering
- 1 year of experience in automotive
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English and German (as a plus)
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationship and teamwork
- Dynamic, flexible and smart thinking
