We have some exciting opportunity for a Composite Laminator on a night shift, reporting to the Composite Cleanroom Team Leader, to join our team.
Key Accountabilities/Duties include:

Day to day laminating and bagging of semi / structural composite components to the required production targets.

Supporting the Team Leaders in their roles as required.

Responsible for maintaining good quality of components throughout its production.

Working safely, liaising with Team Leaders to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly with the latest Health and Safety requirements.

Identifying potential problems in manufacture of components, to minimise delays/ errors in production.
-
Flexibility required at being deployed throughout the composite department.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clean room and its associated work areas using TPM.

Ensure SAP requests are completed accurately and take corrective actions when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
-
You will have a strong technical background in composite laminating, ideally with Virtek laser, SAP experience.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and product control documentation.
