Job Description

This position is integral to the everyday commercial functions of the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula and Visa Cash App F1 Teams, including support for Red Bull Ford Powertrains and the Red Bull Technology Campus.

Responsibilities encompass administrative tasks, thorough desktop research, preparation, and active participation in finalizing new commercial partnerships that will enhance the organization’s overall growth, evolution, and financial robustness. This includes managing all aspects of commercial development such as assembling materials, organizing gifts, and coordinating prospecting events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working with key internal stakeholders, with commercial agency CAA, delivery agencies and prospects to compile, create and update marketing collateral for new prospects – including internal documents required to socialize new opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Brand team to create new collateral to support new projects within the business that can realise additional revenue opportunities – including status report, branding audits and design documents.

  • Create anecdotal and data-focused case-studies of existing partnerships across the entire Red Bull Racing eco-system to continually provide examples of cutting-edge activations.

  • Lead on the management and acquisition of all data, insights and research required to showcase Oracle Red Bull Racing and VCARB to new prospects, and more specifically when engaged with category-specific prospects.

  • Manage bespoke engagement and outreach programmes for prospects including supporting B2B / CXO events, gifting programmes, and other unique ways that Red Bull use to engage with new partners.

  • Support the Partnership Teams to develop, sell and uplift existing partnerships to add-value to the relationships to further commercialise relationships, whilst at the same time protecting the integrity and value of the brand.

We’re Looking For:

  • Able to travel to support races, customer meetings and events as required.

  • Aware and understanding of new industry trends, brand awareness, with an opportunistic knack of identify opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and a team player - able to connect and work in a positive manner with a broad range of stakeholders whilst maintaining a positive approach.

  • Able to work in a small team, juggle multiple tasks and work in a matrix reporting relationship – including the ability to easily communicate with technical, marketing and management staff.
