POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking regular full-time Regional Class A Drivers in our Robbinsville, New Jersey Distribution Center, to operate a Sumitomo Rubber North America, Inc. commercial tractor/trailer vehicle. Responsible for loading and unloading truck, collects payments for goods delivered, and maintains physical security of cargo to prevent shifting and damage. Operates auxiliary equipment mounted on truck such as winches, hydraulic hoists, derricks. Changes tires and makes minor truck repairs when necessary. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery expectations of SRNA, Inc. customers through over the road (OTR) and local deliveries (approximately 2 day/1 night run OTR), and assists customers in unloading trailer at delivery location.
Sign on bonus consist of $1,000 bonus paid out after a 90 day completion period.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualifications include, but are not limited to 3 5 years experience driving a commercial tractor/trailer vehicle OTR.
- Ideal candidate will possess a valid Class A Commercial driver's license with doubles endorsement
- Have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and well organized.
- Must possess a clean driving record, possess ability to fill out Driver's Log Book, and be available for night and day shifts.
- Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs for long periods of time.
- Experience with tires is desirable.
