Automotive sales continue to climb, and Subaru is a brand with fierce consumer loyalty and increasing sales year over year. Paul Miller Subaru auto dealership is expanding its service department to support this explosive growth in new and used car markets, both Subaru and off-brand, and is seeking dedicated professionals to join its dynamic team !

Qualifications:

  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brake systems, air conditioning systems, etc.
  • Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as tire machine alignment, machine diagnostic equipment, ac machine etc.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
  • High school or equivalent

  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work designated via repair order with efficiency, accuracy, and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer’s standards.
  • Perform quality multipoint inspection of vehicles, and alignment checks.
  • Inform service advisor if additional work is needed, and coordinate as required if repairs cannot be completed within the promised timeline.
