About the role
Working within our Aftersales team as ASO New Product Liaison Engineer, you will act as the voice of the customer to help shape and influence future vehicle programmes. You’ll be the key point of contact between our Engineering and ASO teams, attending meetings, product gateways and reviews.
Equipped with an in-depth knowledge of our Aftersales activity, you will provide valuable insight to future decision making.
You’ll be making key vehicle content recommendations that will impact on whole life business costs, providing data and insight to support this rationale.
About you
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in Aftersales in a Vehicle Engineering or OEM environment. A background in Engineering, particularly with supporting qualifications would support your application. We’re looking for someone who can bring their knowledge from having worked in a similar position previously and provide this insight to us as a business.
