Key Responsibilities:
- Daily invoicing of shipments
- Daily receiving of cash receipts
- Processing daily deposits
- Processing and/or batching credit card transactions
- Reviewing customers RGA records and issuing applicable credit memos
- Creating and Maintaining customers records and files
- New customer account set up, including credit underwriting process
- Contacting customers regarding past due balances and soliciting payments
- Comparing and maintaining totals for team sponsorship credits
- Backup answering phones
- Assisting with customer service calls and orders
- Maintaining files according to established standards
Position Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE experience required
- Experience in QuickBooks a Must
- Strong, proven attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel
- Data entry and ten-key skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and coordinate workload with team members in a fast paced office
- Ability to research issues, problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
