Account Manager

Leavine Family Racing is an organization competing in the NASCAR’s top series focused on growing competitively and providing results-driven partnerships for its sponsors. The single-car team was founded in 2011 by Bob and Sharon Leavine.

We are searching for a dynamic individual to lead the overall account management of a key Client. The successful applicant will focus on the day to day service of Client engagement, event management and B2B activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main point of contact for Client Racing Program
  • Maintain positive relationships with Client's cross-functional team and employees
  • Hold weekly status calls to identify opportunities within sponsor program and ways to enhance activation, including but not limited to B2B opportunities
  • Provide follow up reports to clients post calls
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations around opportunities to promote the Client brand and services to key demographics
  • Plan and execute VIP activities for Client and guests at track
  • Partner with vendors to provide exceptional experience for Client and guests
  • Oversee all Client creative artwork approvals, coordinating production and placement with LFR Account Manager
  • Actively pursue B2B opportunities based on Client's customer criteria
  • Plan and manage LFR involvement for events/trade shows outside of race market
