As the Powertrain Program Manager, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to lead cross-functional new product development (NPD) projects. Basically, you’ll ensure that your leadership skills will be effectively applied to organize internal and external teams in bringing to life the most ground-breaking technologies, while achieving exceptional schedule, budget, and quality performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 5+ years of experience in relevant projects in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Consumer Electronics/Tech industries
- MS Project, MS excel, MS Power Point - advanced user
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- PMP certification
- Proven knowledge, expertise, and passion for engineering, vehicle manufacturing, innovation, technology, and electric vehicles
- Experienced in product development process
- Experienced managing large vehicle BoMs
- Experienced in APQP [PPAP]
- A wide range of experience managing vendors and reporting delivery status
- A working understanding of high volume manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
- A genuine fascination for electric vehicle and a commitment to global change
