Key Responsibilities
- Codevelop battery electrical system specifications with suppliers
- Liaising technical requirements and discussions with contractors and suppliers
- Review electrical system architect schematic approve and signoff
- Review wiring pinout schematic approve and signoff
- Lead resolution of systems architecture related problems
- Lead resolution of architecture related issues
- Analyze data, develop conclusions, and manage design revisions
- Review and approve DFMEAs and DVP&Rs
- Review and approve design changes
- Developing technical solutions and implement decisions
Qualifications
- 5 years + in Automotive and HV voltage battery
- Extensive experience in wiring and electrical connections
- Extensive experience HV battery wiring and busbar assembly
- Ability to lead suppliers and drive resolutions for all the technical issues and meet timing
- Teamwork skills and pronounced technical leadership skills in complex organizations
