Facilities Coordinator

Every one of the people working behind the scenes of Formula 1 are vital to keep the wheels turning. The role of Facilities Coordinator is an important part of the team.

Based at our Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill, you’ll support with the management of planned and reactive soft and hard facilities management services at all sites, including, but not limited to, HVAC, fire safety, security, water treatment, waste management, cleaning, sanitisation, catering, security and reception services.

About You

With your previous experience in a facilities environment, you can effectively prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines.  

Experience:

  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Contract management of service providers

Desirable:

  • IOSH qualification
  • BIFM Level 4, or a willingness to work towards
  • Experience of Project Management or being part of a project team
  • Experience of e-logbooks or similar CAFM system
