Creative Solutions Designer

Formula 1 are seeking a Creative Designer to join our Commercial Partnerships & Sponsorship team in our London office.

As a Creative Designer, your role will be to work under the guidance of the Creative Solutions Manager on the creation of visual assets, with a particular focus on sales materials and presentations to support the acquisition and management of Formula 1’s commercial partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to uphold and champion Formula 1’s brand and style guidelines
  • Participate and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for sponsorship briefs
  • Designing, producing and updating sales/meeting collateral for internal and external clients
  • Undertake a variety of projects across a number of accounts, ensuring consistency across all mediums
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to collate images and samples relating to sponsor activity for use in presentations and reporting
  • Research similar rightsholders or markets to spot trends in the industry
  • Organize, maintain and oversee the Department’s archive of creative material
  • Manage time effectively to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Editing and updating of sponsorship promotional videos is a bonus

About You

  • Experience working in a fast-pace commercial, creative environment
  • Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (PSD, AI, INDD) and be able to translate these designs into other formats
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. dynamic charts, infographics, clean design aesthetic)
  • Knowledge of sports sponsorship and/or Formula 1 would be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented individual who reviews their work carefully
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale
  • Solid understanding of design principles, with ability to accept instruction
  • Self-starter and adaptable – be able to work with last-minute changes to briefs
  • Passionate about sports, entertainment and/or contemporary culture
  • Excellent at keeping up with the latest design trends and technology
