Event coordinator

Main tasks


  • Full strategic and logistical planning of events in Europe and oversea
  • Program activation & active B to B sales and communication
  • Budget planning and follow-up
  • Collaboration with third parties (agencies, internal departments, clients)
  • Staff planning, route & travel planning and management for all related events
  • Pre event: All event preparations including equipment, presents, insurance, creation of schedules for team and guests
  • On-site: Attendance for smooth operational running incl. setup and dismantling, equipment & staff handling and guest management
  • Post Event: Invoices, reporting & upgrades, stock management for equipment and guest presents

       Support for further events (WRC, Motorsport events, in-house, presentations)

  • Support in planning, preparations and on-site support if required


  • Support in upcoming special projects
  • Support further marketing projects and activities if needed
  • Development of marketing collaterals
  • Back office duties



  • Minimum high school level
  • At least 5 years experience in the same or similar position with interest / in Motorsport industry
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing (ideally also other languages)
  • Microsoft Office experienced knowledge (Word, Excel & especially PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility
  • Interest in working in an international team with willingness to progress and take over responsibilities
  • Organizational skills
