Main tasks
Co-Drives:
- Full strategic and logistical planning of events in Europe and oversea
- Program activation & active B to B sales and communication
- Budget planning and follow-up
- Collaboration with third parties (agencies, internal departments, clients)
- Staff planning, route & travel planning and management for all related events
- Pre event: All event preparations including equipment, presents, insurance, creation of schedules for team and guests
- On-site: Attendance for smooth operational running incl. setup and dismantling, equipment & staff handling and guest management
- Post Event: Invoices, reporting & upgrades, stock management for equipment and guest presents
Support for further events (WRC, Motorsport events, in-house, presentations)
- Support in planning, preparations and on-site support if required
Marketing
- Support in upcoming special projects
- Support further marketing projects and activities if needed
- Development of marketing collaterals
- Back office duties
Qualifications
- Minimum high school level
- At least 5 years experience in the same or similar position with interest / in Motorsport industry
- Fluent English in speaking and writing (ideally also other languages)
- Microsoft Office experienced knowledge (Word, Excel & especially PowerPoint)
- Flexibility
- Interest in working in an international team with willingness to progress and take over responsibilities
- Organizational skills
