CMM Inspector

We have a new opportunity available for a CMM Inspector on our weekend shift.

You will be working in our mechanical inspection department reporting to the Inspection Manager.

Duties include:-

In this role you will be required to carry out First Off, In Process and Final Inspection processes in our Machine Shop. You will be responsible for the detailed inspection of complex components and assemblies to the highest standards and you will be required to work with internal and external suppliers to ensure high quality components are delivered at all times.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience using PCDMIS online / offline programming. Training will be provided should your previous experience be with other software, such as Mitutoyo MCOSMOS Software with CAT100S 3D.

Familiarity with Romer / Faro arm scanning using Polyworks software would be an advantage, although training will be given to the right candidate.

You will also be competent with the use of all other measuring equipment.

Computer literacy is required for the input of data using Microsoft software.

The ideal candidate will be apprenticed trained, self- motivated and have experience in engineering and manufacture.

The working hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am to 8.30pm.
