Account Manager

Purpose of the role: Maintain supplier relations and fulfil customer booking

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for a select number of key supplier relationships

  • Communicate with a range of international suppliers

  • Update and maintain website content

  • Responsible for accurate pricing and content for select events

  • Leading and maintaining company knowledge base for key events

  • Managing life cycle of customer bookings

  • Ticket fulfilment

  • Purchase and invoicing of tickets

    Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:

    Critical:

    • Solid experience working in a similar role in another ticketing business ideally within Sport

    • Minimum of 2 years experience utilising Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate)

    • Experience of communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing

    • Experience writing and proof-reading a variety of documents to a consistently high level of

      accuracy, grammar and spelling

    • Experience planning and organizing work effectively, prioritizing workload and meeting

      deadlines

    • Adept in taking responsibility for own actions and make appropriate decisions

    • Proficient in reconciling financial information

      Desirable:

      • Solid experience working in a similar role in another ticketing business ideally within Sport

      • Experience using different CRM systems

      • Experience working in an international environment

      • Ability to speak a second language
