Global Client Success Manager, Europe

Responsibilities

    Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are responded to and their issues or concerns are addressedCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is met and success is achievedPlan and oversee multiplatform digital marketing campaigns. This includes both organic and paid campaignsBe the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as neededHelp the sales team to develop and create a proposal/media plan for the customerProvide data including performance KPIs, gathering and setting out costs from every part of the business involved, and pre-allocating resource availability from ad ops, technical and creative functionsCoordinate on the scope and direction of content creationTo present content production options for the sales team to take to the client, with successful delivery and margins in mind, and with costs, timeline and plan already in place for the execution phase once the deal is wonFollowing up throughout the delivery phase to ensure timings and KPIs are being met.Liaising between clients and internal teams throughout to ensure communication is straightforward and goal-oriented, and that relationships with clients and between teams are nurtured for ongoing revenue and successFollowing up with detailed campaign reports and communicating results internally and to clientsBuilding long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating success, for repeat business and continued winsUsing gathered data to optimize and improve with each campaign for technical and interpersonal long-term successEnsuring that invoicing and internal/external revenue allocation is timely and meets the needs of all stakeholders

Skills and educational requirements

    A communications or marketing degree is preferredAt least 3 years of experience in Project Management/Client Success Account Manager in Digital environmentsStrong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, AD Banner campaigns managementExceptional project management skillsStrong organizational skills, time management and attention to detailTeam player with strong collaboration and communication skillsEnglish - proficiency level
