Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role)
- Build business solutions from requirements & user stories, using low code applications, such as K2 and SharePoint
- Develop complex business process workflows to integrate processes across the business, using various business systems
- Develop and carry out test plans
- Configure, model and troubleshoot data integration points of business systems and complementary technologies
- Participate in review meetings and provide updates on requirements, design, test cases etc.
- Consider system design and the application roadmap, make recommendations and implement to leverage the applications
- Optimise the application by building foundational objects
- Provide 2nd line support to business users
- Enable the service desk to provide appropriate 1st line support
- Carry out user experience analysis, make recommendations and implement when agreed
Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)
- Experience in Developing .net applications ideally using Visual Studio and C#
- Experience in developing processes in Business Process Management Applications – ideally K2
- Understanding of .net architecture
- Experience of developing HTML, JavaScript、JQuery、XML、CSS、Ajax and Bootstrap
- Database development, such as SQL/MySQL
