Purpose of the Role
To take responsibility for the day-to-day operational fulfilment of key Technology Partners in the McLaren Racing portfolio, whilst supporting the wider partner base where required, such that the contractual rights are fully leveraged and maximised, while the long-term individual and company relationships are created and maintained.
Role Dimensions
Reports to Head of Technology Partnerships
Focus of the role is the day-to-day operational fulfilment of key technology partnership accounts supporting the Head of Technology Partnerships
The role will also focus on supporting the wider Partnership and Senior Leadership Team in general
This role requires extensive and repeated travel both within the UK and internationally (5-10 races a year) and consequently flexibility in working hours will be required
Principal Accountabilities
Partnership Management
Learn and develop a strong understanding of partner’s business strategies, objectives, target growth markets, competitors and KPI’s / metrics that resonate when evaluating success
Support the Head of Technology Partnerships ensuring the successful delivery of the commercial & technical partner’s 360 activation plans to ensure that the partner’s rights are maximised to achieve their objectives and KPIs
Organise and coordinate key assets of the partnership such as supporting on the delivery of merchandise, internal events, show car bookings, social media and digital assets. Ensure all these assets are delivered on brief and with the required branding.
Coordinate all documentation for race weekends, this includes but is not limited to creating driver and stakeholder briefs and coordinating the appearances, organising guest tour times, coordinating guest passes and ensuring accreditation deadlines and asset request deadlines are met.
Track all asset usage and lead in keeping project status documents up to date
Provide on-site support as needed
Assist colleagues within the Partnership team with collective tasks and administration or additional duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience in delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and respond to partner briefs on time and within budget essential
Ability to analyse problems and develop solutions with a practical, can-do mindset
Knowledge of, and passion for the sports marketing, entertainment, and sponsorship landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written paying close attention to detail given frequent interaction with several stakeholders
Fluent in English. Other languages would be an advantage
