If you're successful in this role, you'll…
- Provide process and application development support within Mercedes AMG HPP in order to develop the appropriate processes using ABAP development and associated tools.
- Develop Functional requirements and technical specification documentation for new functionality or changes to existing practices.
- Work within IT and / or Project team’s timelines to achieve the required scope deliverables.
- Manage, capture and resolving of SAP systems issues.
- Develop in-house knowledge base

- Involved in at least two full life cycle implementations and at least one up-grade project.
- Support and deliver all RICEF elements (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms).
- Proficient in ABAP Objects, Idocs, Webdynpro, Web services and Business Workflow.
- Good de-bugging skills and able to quickly summarize the pros & cons of making a change.
- Strong data analytical problem solving skills
- Business and systems process planning and development skills
- Desirable - Experience with working both with in small flexible organisations and large corporate environments
Have experience of…
- Experience in PI.
- Experience of the core logistics and finance modules.
- Desirable - Exposure to Mobile Technologies (preferably Sky / Kony), Testing tools, Fiori / UI5.
Demonstrate knowledge of…
- Good knowledge of BI, warehouse and reporting technologies, at least covering two of the main mainstream applications, e.g. Tableau, Microstrategy, Spotfire or Qlik
- Very good knowledge of the software development lifecycle, among others object oriented development, design patterns, refactoring and code reviews
- Desirable - Knowledge of at least two software development stacks between Microsoft, J2EE and Apple
