Bosch Motorsport North America is looking to expand their high performance team with a Manager for Product Development and Product Management to foster its growth in developing products specifically designed for racing purposes. This position will be responsible for the following:
· Full technical and commercial responsibility for development of Motorsport products, from idea to release of saleable products
· Management of a team of development engineers across two locations (Novi, MI & Mooresville, NC)
· Creation of comprehensive development process, custom tailored to the fast-paced timelines and specific needs of the North American motorsport market. Development includes requirements management, product ideation, prototyping, testing and release processes
· Continuous improvement of development processes to guarantee the highest quality standards expected of Bosch within the rapid timeline that motorsport customers expect
· Further enhancement of product development strategy through intensifying the cooperation with our headquarters in Germany
· Implementation and development of business strategy. Set and achieve annual targets to ensure growth of the business year-over-year
· Develop strategic pricing for new products and services in cooperation with the management team
· Domestic and international travel flexibility required, up to 10% per year
