The reworks/ return department is a critical customer service driven department.
This department see’s all RMA based rebuilds of Race units and Twin Disc Street units,
Return issues and Will Call derived services.
Daily Duties
- Receiving RMA returns from UPS/ Fed Ex / Will Call.
- Reading customer RMA sheet and deriving a course of action.
- Reworking Customers Clutch units which includes but not restricted too:
- Grinding Flywheels.
- Re-riveting Disc Linings, re-hubbing Discs.
- Rebuilding pressure plates.
- Setting up, shimming, measuring, adjusting and testing.
- Documenting parts usage and details of rebuild.
