Storekeeper

Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently seeking for a Storekeeper to join in our team.

 Main tasks

• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies in the inventory
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
• Label, pack items, rotate stock and arrange for disposal of surpluses
• Operate a forklift (optional)

 Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Skills to operate common office equipment (which in some cases include computer assisted inventory and automotive equipment)
• Competencies in data entry, analysis and management
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to acquire and maintain forklift certification (optional)
