Purpose of Role
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future of McLaren Aftersales during rapid and exciting business growth.
Principal Accountabilities
- Review, define and implement an Aftersales parts pricing strategy transformation, to support our next stage of growth, including but not limited to:Vehicle lifecycle strategyRegional pricing strategyMarket research activityRevenue and profit optimisationSystem/software enhancement
- Continuous development of commercial data models to enable insights for the wider Commercial & Business Development team.
- Detailed understanding of McLaren Automotive product offering and positioning
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Detailed knowledge and experience in the Aftersales parts business
- Commercial / pricing experience in a global function
- Highly IT literate – Microsoft applications, experience in SAP beneficial
- Educated to Degree/Diploma level or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to engage with and influence stakeholders
