Job Purpose

New Model development utilizing Virtual Maturation of product manufacturability and process development. Requirement confirmation for North America Frame, Powertrain, and Powersports Plants, to prevent costly manufacturing related die loss.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manufacturing Engineering Lead Support for New Model Development and Delmia / Catia use for all North America manufactured models.
  • Lead Manufacturing Requirements Confirmation for past problem history items assigned for all North America manufactured models.
  • Lead and correlate Delmia / Catia Virtual Confirmation Build / Data Reviews preparation and conduct the VCBs for all events through Die-go.
  • Lead Theme activity to improve Virtual Maturation and simulations (IC.IDO) for all North America manufactured models.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer Field or 10-Years of new model relevant experience

Required Experience:

  • 4 -Years of in Plant relevant new model experience

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with Dassault System tools, Enovia, Catia, Delmia, IMS, IC.IDO
  • Knowledge of Honda new model development

Working Conditions

  • 0 2 hours of overtime per week.
  • 0 5 % travel
  • Hybrid office schedule with part time work onsite, optional work from home.
