An exciting opportunity exists for a world class Head of Performance Simulation within our Performance Engineering Group.
In this role you will lead the Performance Simulation Group, responsible for developing our vehicle performance simulation tools to industry leading standards for use across the Performance Engineering Group. This includes the implementation of high-fidelity, correlated vehicle models deployed across a range of simulation and analysis tools, and additionally the provision of state-of-the-art Driver in the loop simulators.
Skills & Knowledge:
The successful candidate should have proven experience of developing vehicle dynamic simulations in high-level motorsport. They must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of current F1 car performance and possess a comprehensive knowledge of the modern performance simulation tools and methods including the latest driver in the loop simulation technology. Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink, Modellica/Dymola, Simpack and Atlas would be an advantage.
