Guest Experience Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at our state-of-the-art campus in Milton Keynes. This role will form part our talented Guest Experience team supporting the Guest Experience Manager and Facilities lead in the efficient operation and presentation of our campus.

Ideally you will have a background in Reception, Retail or Facilities, with experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to think quickly on your feet and multi-task various administrative projects.

Key Accountabilities of this Guest Experience Coordinator position:

  • Coordinate and be the key liaison for the internal security access system, assigning access and reporting to relevant stakeholder where required
  • Manage new starter administration in conjunction with the HR department as part of the onboarding process
  • Raising of purchase orders for the Project Management team where applicable.
  • Supervision of our onsite Merchandise store, conducting regular stock checks, placing regular orders whilst liaising with our Finance Department
  • Provide regular support to the front of house Guest Experience team with welcoming contractors, fans and VIP’s
  • Support the Guest Experience Manager with ad hoc administration and various project specific tasks as required

Essential Competencies of this Guest Experience Coordinator position:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner
  • Excellent in Customer Service
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Programs
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-moving and highly pressurised environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work using own initiative
