Our client, a leading engineering services company, is currently seeking for several highly skilled Field/Project Engineers for support on an offshore wind project. This project will last until the end of September and will require rotation based in Aberdeen. Initially, you will be based in our client's London office before transitioning offshore on a 28x28 rotation.
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and work on various wind farm projects in the UK.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working offshore on installation projects
- Valid BOSIET (with CA-EBS) and offshore medical certificates
- Full GWO certification
The role:
- Provide on-site engineering services to the Project Manager or Offshore Construction Superintendent to assist in the achievement of project objectives, according to the plan/procedures developed by the engineering project team
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Offshore Construction Superintendent, in direct contact with the Offshore Construction Assistant, the master, and the chief engineer
- Monitor constructions/installation progress to ensure acceptable quality of vessel operations
- Perform methods of installation when required in offices
