We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate STEM Program Facilitator to join our dynamic team in designing and delivering world-class STEM education programs for primary and secondary-aged youth, all with the goal of exciting children about STEM careers while generating the next generation of Williams Racing fans.

As a STEM Program Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include facilitating our STEM program, continuously evolving the curriculum, and ensuring a high standard of education aligned with UK curriculum requirements.

This position offers an exciting chance to develop an innovative STEM program from the ground up, while also making a direct impact via hands-on delivery of the program to UK youth.

As a STEM Program Facilitator, you will:

  • Lead and facilitate engaging STEM sessions for students, ensuring a hands-on and interactive learning experience.

  • Create a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages curiosity, student participation and critical thinking.

  • Continuously evolve and enhance the STEM curriculum to ensure it remains best in class.

  • Develop curriculum content using various modalities such as project-based learning, auditory, visual, tactile, etc.

  • Transform complex STEM concepts into accessible and digestible lessons suitable for students of different ages.

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of pedagogy and UK curriculum requirements, particularly in STEM subjects (e.g., science, math, design).

  • Stay informed about current educational trends, leading youth STEM programs, advancements in STEM fields, and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and educational experts to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the STEM program.

  • Participate in professional development activities and the landscape of best-in-class youth STEM programs to stay current with educational trends and advancements.

The ideal STEM Program Facilitator will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM-related field, or equivalent.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is desirable.

  • 4 years of teaching experience as a secondary teacher within the UK school system with a proven track record of delivering strong student outcomes.

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation.

  • Ability to adapt to changing program needs and priorities.
