Job Purpose

The Senior Field Sales Representative for Caribbean/Central America will support the Honda/Acura brand and be the main contact for several of the 24 independent distributors with the main goals of improving sales operations including store locations and condition, retail sales, inventory management, brand representation, overall profitability, and customer sales satisfaction in order to achieve AHM auto retail sales objectives (Honda & Acura) and brand likability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Meet CCA Auto Sales Objectives (Monthly and Annual Total)
  • Understand each countries market (macro-economic, political, automotive industry)
  • Travel required (
  • Consolidate auto retail and production plans for each month as well as consolidate market and sales data to analyze and provide management with recommendations.
  • Provide support to develop long-range auto volume forecasts and planning for each market and provide research to meet customer needs
  • Consolidate, analyze & report monthly auto sales results for executive management.
  • Develop and implement tactics in support of manufacturer strategies within each respective market
  • Develop long-range auto volume forecasts and planning for each market and provide research to meet customer needs

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • International Business Major is a plus
  • Business or Supply Chain Management degree is a plus
  • 4-8 years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Automotive or related industry is a plus
  • Foreign language is a plus (Spanish)
  • Data Management skills

Workstyle

  • Remote
  • Home office based field assignment
  • Standard work hours, with occasional evening or weekend work
  • Travel 25-50%, international travel to Caribbean & Central American countries
