Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity as a Quality Assurance Engineer who will improve right first time of internally and externally sourced parts, developing processes and increasing efficiency across all operations related to car systems.
Quality Assurance Engineer – The Role
You will have a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our precision parts production. Your in-depth knowledge of composites and metallic manufacturing processes will be invaluable in guaranteeing flawless outcomes. By developing and implementing effective quality processes, you will contribute to our lean and agile production environment, enabling us to deliver conforming products with short lead times.
Quality Assurance Engineer – The Person
We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses a unique blend of technical expertise, a passion for quality, and an initiative-taking approach. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of composites and metallic manufacturing processes, with the ability to navigate complex production challenges. The perfect fit for this role will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Quality Assurance processes suited to our lean and agile production environment.
Your proficiency in problem-solving will enable you to ensure precision and accuracy in our manufacturing processes. You are a clear and effective communicator, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Your well-organised nature and meticulous diligence ensure that no aspect of quality is overlooked. A collaborator with a proactive and "can-do" attitude, you thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to the success of the team as a whole. While a degree in Production, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous, we value practical experience and expertise more than anything else
